Today I am going through a few emails that came in the past week from clients. At the first of the month, we set a goal to achieve by the end of the month that is behavior related, not scale related. I thought I would share with you some of the statements from these messages to possibly inspire you to reach for your dreams.
“I want people to see me working hard in the gym, and realize I wasn’t born *one of the lucky ones* to be thin. I am *one of the lucky ones* because I take care of my body, I nourish my body, and I push my body to its limits!!!”
“I will plan, in writing, meals for myself and the rest of the family for each week. This will provide a shopping list and a visual reminder to help stick to the plan. I will need to go grocery shopping twice per week to stay stocked with plently of fresh produce and other items needed.”
“This month I will not let friends influence my eating or drinking habits.”
“During the month of July I will remind myself daily that each day and each meal brings me closer to my ultimate goal of being a WW leader and teacher of others about this transformation. I will write down that “no matter what the scale reads, my food and workout schedule are what matters, follow the plan and it will work.”
“I will journal everyday and get in some kind of activity during my vacation. Starting my day off w/activity helps me focus my food.”
“Every night before I go to bed I will take time to write out my schedule. Then in the morning the first thing I will do is read over my goals for the day.”
“I will keep in mind that each meal and each workout really DOES make a difference and plan my week accordingly.”
“I will set aside time each night to sit at my computer and go over my day…the thoughts, emotions, feelings, what I ate, my exercise.”
Aren’t these ladies smart? These are only a few but I wanted to allow you a sneak peak into how they are achieving the body they dream of. By setting up their life for fat loss success, staying positive, and focusing on the future they WILL get Phit-N-Phat.
