Client Brags!!! Go Jess and Dawn!
As promised, I am updating everyone on the status of two of my girls...Dawn and Jessica. These two accomplished women ran their first 10K this past weekend and have the pictures to prove it! Both of them are amazing and work so hard to achieve their fitness and fatloss goals. You'll also remember that Dawn is the same person who got into size 10's yesterday without losing one pound this past month. Hard work and dedication are just two words that describe these two ladies. I'm proud to have them on my team.

Workout Journal: Legs yesterday/Chest today

3x65x12x3 negatives - Lying Hamstring Curls
Chest: Haven't done it yet so I don't know the weights yet.
Warm up with:
2x10 - Wide Push Ups
2x10 - Staggered Push Ups
5x10-12 Incline Bench Presses
3x10-12 Single Arm Flat Bench Presses
4x10-12 Pec Dec Flyes
Will follow this with a three-mile EZ run
