Cardio Routines Directory - Jello Legs and 30 Min. Core Sculptor

For the next few weeks I will be performing a variety of the Cardio Routines from my new Cardio Directory that I released on March 27 to give all of you who order even more ways to the use the routines. I almost couldn’t believe how many of you ordered the book and I am so glad to be helping you along your fitness and weightloss journeys.

This morning I awoke at 6:30 a.m. ready to go with the 30 Minute Jello Legs Routine combined with the 30 Minute Core Sculptor Routine (for elliptical). I do not have an elliptical at home so I modified the routine by jogging on an incline during the moderate-hard intervals on the machine.

I did Jello Legs first with the complete warm-up and then moved into the routine. WOW! I named the routine aptly. It has been awhile since I tried it and it really does work your legs and your aerobic system. Rather than doing the cool down, I walked easy for two minutes to transition (drink water, wipe off the sweat, and catch my breath) into the Core Sculptor.

Starting at the first jog interval (or moderate-hard interval for elliptical users), I completed the entire routine including the cool down. This took me a little over the 48 min. mark from start to finish. The last twelve minutes I stretched in the floor really good. :)

Elliptical users…you can also do the same switch with the Treadmill Jello Legs routine by following the intensities. Just sub out the machine interval MPH paces for fast/slow pace on the elliptical. Don’t be afraid to up the resistance either!

By combining these two cardio routines I got a great ab/core and lower body workout in, plus my HRM had me at just over 400 calories burned for the 48 minutes.
