
People constantly ask me what I like to eat, what do you eat, got anything you love to eat? Today I share with you my latest favorite snack or lunch in a pinch. It’s yogurt and peanut butter. Delicious!
I have been using Fage Greek Style yogurt because the 0% fat version contains a whopping 14 grams of protein for the container. This is a nice sized container, too. I take 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (or 2 tbsp if I’m eating it as lunch), 1 tbsp of sugar free jelly, and blend with the yogurt using a fork until smooth. It’s like peanut butter heaven. Add a piece of WW toast and you have a good meal that will satisfy you for hours.
The snack is loaded with protein, healthy fats, and tastes awesome. It makes you feel as if you are eating more than you are and leaves you feeling good and full. I love it and you should try it.
