Make A Difference Today

Who is the one person in your life that always makes you smile? Is there a person who makes life a little better each time you talk to them? Well, I’m very lucky. Lately I have been surrounded by the most caring and wonderful people, many of whom I have never even met. It made me stop and think today about how each person has an opportunity to change another person’s life if they choose to do so. I quickly want list a few people who have recently made a big difference in my life…whether they know or it not.

Chris…my husband. You know how much your love and support means to me. I finally see myself the way you have always told me you see me. Let me say, WoW…I look great! J/k. I love you baby.

Logan…my little boy. No one will ever look at me the way you do and no one will ever unconditionally love me the way you do right now.

Lisa…girl, I just feel like a hot mama every time we talk at the gym. You are so cute and strong and you know it! I just enjoy hanging out with you.

Kathleen, Trish, and Amy…each of you have gave me ideas for my business that have been outstanding and you help me do things a little better every day.

WW Fitness Getting Started Board…this is the best bunch of women around. So active, driven, and smart! FATNOMO, RHO, Angie, Lara, Fitme, LA, Donda, and the rest of you that I can’t think of at midnight…Ya’ll are just the best and I look forward to talking to you and answering questions everyday.

Heather…you are such a great mom and friend. I love our workouts together and riding the choo-choo!

I challenge every person who reads this thread to two things: either go out and do something for someone completely unexpected today to make their day, or leave a comment here and thank the people who make a difference in your life everyday. I have so many more people in my life…that’s why I get to lead the life I want!

So, tomorrow is Vegas baby and I’ll be there for nine days. I have tons of strategies for exercise and eating and I will blog them all along the way during the trip. My goal is to do moderate exercise, eat good but sensibly and enjoy myself. I’ll come back and be refreshed and recharged physically to tackle the next stage of training…the Advanced series of my schedule!!!
