Today I couldn’t think of anything nifty to start off the post. I think I’m just exhausted and sitting in Panera with the sweet smells of breads and pastries is about all I can freaking handle! It was arm day and I had to hustle through the workout to make my Weight Watchers meeting on time. So, I busted it for 45 minutes only and now I am wiped out.
Arm Workout: Running laps between every stinking set!!!
Superset One: 3 sets
Dips
Skull Crushers
Mountain Climbers (for all my clients who read this…yes, ladies, I do them to and they do work you pretty hard…I’m right there with ya!)
Superset Two: 3 sets
Standard Bicep Curls
Close Grip DB Curls
High Plank Drops
Superset Three: 3 sets
Single Arm Cable Pull Down
Straight Bar Cable Raises
Weighted Sit Ups
Stairmaster for 15 minutes rotating 20 seconds of level 17 stepping with 40 seconds of level 10 stepping (20 total levels).
I could have done an extra five minutes but I literally ran out of time.
I may try to get in a 30 minute walk this evening on the treadmill (moderate intensity) to loosen legs up for tomorrow’s leg day. I haven’t looked at the schedule but I’m sure it will be an awesome leg workout. Don’t forget I’m in the push-up challenge so I’ll kickstart the day with push-ups. Cardio will be determined when I finish legs. I hope to only have enough strength for moderate elliptical.
