One Month To Flatter Abs
Each month at Phit-N-Phat we do a monthly challenge in the forums to keep us focused on body parts we are interested in improving. This month we are doing the Bust Your Turkey Gut Ab Challenge. It's a tough little routine I put together that coupled with attention to what you are eating will help you get a better looking tummy even through Thanksgiving.
Holidays always seem to give us trouble and I feel that having a challenge helps people to keep the eye on the prize. So, I'm sharing the challenge with non-clients this month. We all deserve nice abs, right?
