Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
½ cup of strawberries
¼ cup of pineapple
½ cup of ice
¼ cup of water
1 packet of Splenda (optional)
Directions
Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This is great for a post-workout shake because it contains protein and simple sugars.
