Ingredients

½ c non-fat milk

½ c fat free plain yogurt

½ frozen banana, peeled & chopped

2 T protein powder

1 ½ T flax seed

1 t honey

½ c frozen strawberries

   

Directions:

In a blender mix until smooth.

 

Tip:  Check your NI based on your protein powder. 

 

This may be a little higher in calories but would be a great post workout drink after a long run!
