Ingredients

½ mango-peeled, seeded and cut into chunks

½ banana, peeled and chopped

½ c orange juice

½ c vanilla non-fat yogurt

   

Directions:

Blend until smooth and enjoy

 

Tip:  I think Fage could be used in this in lieu of the vanilla yogurt and then add some vanilla protein powder.  Recalculate NI based on any ingredient subs.
