Ingredients

1 container (32 oz) plain nonfat yogurt

1 pkg (6oz) Any flavor Sugar Free gelatin

   

Directions:

Mix yogurt and dry gelatin in a medium bowl.  Microwave on high for 2 minutes stirring half way or until the gelatin has dissolved.  Pour into a 9 inches pie plate sprayed with a little cooking spray.

Cut into 8 pieces and serve.

Refrigerate for three hours until set.
