Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup soymilk or skim milk

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

 
 
   
   
 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.  Add ice if desired.
