Ingredients

1 c protein powder

1 c natural peanut butter

1 c crunchy cereal (Grapenuts or oatmeal would be great)

¾ c honey

  

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into balls
  2. Roll in nuts or leave plain
  

*Tip:  Size of balls will determine servings and NI will be calculated off of the protein powder used.
