I have made banana and pumpkin ones. &amp;nbsp;These must be kept in the freezer unless you are going to eat them within a day. I just put 2 in a ziploc bag and put them in the freezer and if I am going to want one the next day I put them in the fridge the night before and they are good the next day.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Using the ingredients listed above, using the specific NI from my PP and stuff, I made 9 servings and each serving was 140 cals, 13 g protein, 20 carbs, and 2 fat. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I made 18 muffins and had 2 per serving. &amp;nbsp;I put it thru the SparkPeople recipe builder.&lt;/p&gt;
