Foods You Should Be Eating

This is a list of foods that are supremely healthy and everyone should try to regularly add them to their diet as much as possible.

Wild Salmon - Salmon is a super food, high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and low in fat, known for its cancer prevention properties.

 - I sometimes add some to my protein smoothies when I find I'm getting low on healthy fats.

Blueberries - buy frozen and add to smoothies or oatmeal to save money. I also heat with a little sugar free syrup on the stove to use on protein pancakes.
