What is your FAVORITE strength exercise and why? Squats: lots of variations, no equipment necessary
What is your FAVORITE cardio exercise (routine or other) and why? My current favorite is the 30 Minute Body Cardio From You Know Where (that’s the title of it in WYBO, and I’d say its pretty accurate!)

When you have a tough day living the lifestyle, what keeps you focused? Reading everyone else’s posts on the forums
When you fall off the wagon, how do you get back on? Start journaling again, and try to avoid all or nothing thinking. You can get back on the wagon “right now”...you don’t have to wait until tomorrow/next week/next month/next year.
Name one person in your life you want to thank for making this journeyeasier for you. (non-PNP member) My husband, for encouraging me when I’m not wanting to workout, and for eating the healthier meals I cook without complaining.
Name one PNP member you want to thank for making this journey easierfor you..Corinne-her story really hit home for me, particularly how she was able to lose weight with a baby to take care of. She’s been very encouraging when I’ve been overwhelmed by life as a new mom. I really look up to how she is able to juggling her own fitness and health needs with being an amazing mother too!
