The questions in the document below will help the PNP Crew get to know you better and decide if you are a good fit for our program. We look for women who are ready to lose fat ONLY by incorporating a very active fitness program with healthy eating. Our program is all about you being ready to change AND ready to do it for the LAST TIME.

Other things to consider before joining:

  • We rely heavily on self accountability. We all have bad days! That's expected, but we only allow pity parties and excuses when you have a plan to fix it. Don't expect us to solve your life problems, but expect us to help you with reviewing your plan of action to fix those things in life that are holding you back!
  • We expect you to CHECK IN with us by using the journals, weekly chats with the moderators (we have some kind of official discussion or workshop almost daily), etc. You will get all the support and help you need in the forums but YOU HAVE TO REACH OUT. We don't chase you down and make you drink the kool-aid.
  • We focus on fitness first because we truly believe in the power of strength training and exercise. We know how to bust your booty in the gym or your living room. We do it quite well.
  • PNP is not a diet site. We promote a healthy, clean style of eating to support an active lifestyle. You may use the diet program of your choice (Weight Watchers Core Program is great!) or you may incorporate our tips to support your activity level. Our eating tips ONLY WORK IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR EXERCISE PLANS.

Your past exercise experience, current level of fitness, and the type of diet you follow are NOT limiting factors to being a member. Plenty of members have zero to little exercise experience and we work with you on developing a plan to become the fittest you have ever been.

Once you are accepted to PNP, you will pay an upfront cost of $49.95 + the first month's membership fee of $9.95 for a total of $59.90. This includes subscriber status to the entire PNP site. When you join you get:

1. Access to a library of custom exercise routines depending on your fitness level, gym or no gym, and weekly schedule.

2. The Work Your Butt Off cardio routines book loaded with over 40 routines for treadmills, elliptical, stair master, stationary bikes, no equipment, tracks, and we even throw in some ab routines for fun!

3. The PNP Exercise Bible the gives you over 100 exercises with a detailed description of how to do the exercise and a video link when available. This book is coded to match all of our exercise schedules.

4. Flash Cards of all exercises that include pictures of how to do it and key coded to match our Exercise Bible and Exercise Schedules.

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you get access to our private forums where you can talk with other PNP girls, have access to me and our moderators, participate in workshops, discussions each week, and journal.

Basically, we give you everything you need to do it. We also give you help with fueling your workouts by helping you make better eating choices, but let me repeat, we aren't a diet site. We are a fitness site that uses food to simply fuel our workouts! We'll teach you what we know about how to eat and move but you gotta do the work.

You will automatically be billed a monthly fee of $9.95. You can cancel at anytime by going to your Paypal account and discontinuing the subscription or emailing corinne@phit-n-phat.com with your cancellation.
