The Eat Clean Diet - Want to learn how to eat clean? This is the book to start with.
The Metabolism Advantage - This book goes into great detail on meal timing and how to incoporate clean eating strategies with your strength program.
Half Marathon - Learn how to run your first or a better half marathon using the walk/run method.
The New Rules of Lifting for Women - Great book on how to lift for women.

Supplements
We don't recommend many, but Protein Powder happens to be one area people want to get something that tastes good.

Gadgets
Magic Bullet - The Magic Bullet allows you to make protein shakes quickly and with virtually no clean up. I love mine. You can do all sorts of things with it, but I primarily just do my shakes. You can also grind coffee, Flaxseeds, and other items.

Omron Body Fat Analyzer - hand held version can give you a good trend tracker and is easy for everyone to use.
