Rules to Follow to be FAT

Follow These Six Rules And You Are Gauranteed To Be Overweight:

1.) Eat processed food.  If it comes out of a box, wrapping paper, or a drive through window, eat it! Don't forget 100 calorie snack packs! Have at least two or three a day rather than one every few days.

2.) Skip meals. Especially breakfast and lunch.Try hard to avoid snacking.

3.) Avoid protein. Unless it's not real meat, like fast food. The more processed deli meat the better. 

4.) Every meal must have a beverage - either soda or beer. Water is "yucky".

5.) Every meal must be eaten with extra bread.

6.) You must have desert every night after dinner.

And The Bonus Rule:

7.) Always have an excuse why you aren't going to work out today.  It doesn't matter what the excuse is, just make sure you have one.  Bonus points for every time you come up with a new one.

So There You Have It! It's just as important to know what NOT TO DO.
