Hi ladies! We are already in Week Four of our Support Teams for the Bootcamp Blowout schedule I posted. My how time flies when you are working your butt off! Each team has a thread to post weekly results to and I need to see them. Don't hide or I can't help.

When should I WEIGH and when should I NOT WEIGH - This is what we are discussing this week in my chat! Sure to be a hot topic coming off a long, holiday weekend.
Phat Campers - you should have your travel arrangements and information to Paula OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE A HOTEL ROOM! Trust me, you don't want to workout all day and then sleep on a football field.
You should also have DiSC information to me or you can't participate in some activitives. Those who do not have homework done for camp will have to just run laps or hop in a circle while we do our group activities. :)
That's it for this week. Summer is here and we need to be diligent about the DETAILS of our programs so we can get good results. It's not enough to do things half-you know what. Get the results you WANT by doing the BEST things for your body, mind, and lifestyle.
