Well, this week you should see a lot more of me in the forums and on my blog. I'm feeling a lot better and journling it all right here if you want to keep tabs on me.
Thanks to everyone for being patient while we had camp and my surgery. I'm finally feeling pretty good and able to "sit" longer periods of time.

Corinne's Weekly Chat
This week we are focusing on FGT. The topic we all love and loathe. I'm taking a few questions out of the camp materials and having you answer them in the forum. Check the chat for my own response and those of your PNP sisters.
Week Eleven is Here
I'm working on our next challenge which will be a 5 in 45 workout scheme. This means five workouts a week in 45 minutes. It's meant to be quick and get you out of the workout room fast.
You have TWO weeks left on this schedule and we are moving right into the next challenge. If you have had success with this schedule, please email me your thoughts and what improvements you experienced. It helps me with future development.
Our next challenge will have some exciting components. We're going to be shooting for an individual prize, mix our support teams up in a new way, and go back to eight week rotations. I hope you enjoy this one!
