    Abs Diet and Custom Menu Email to Subscribers

    We all complain about one specific thing: I want flatter abs! Girls, I have a treat for you. Today I am sending out an ab specific menu for you to follow.

    This menu is good for those who want to eat cleaner, feel good, and stay in a 1500-1700 calorie range.

    This menu will work with any training schedule at PNP so don't feel like you can't use it if you aren't doing B2S.

    I hope you enjoy and use it to kickoff a great WEEK FOUR!

    ATTENTION: Challengers you will be weighing in on Monday. I want to send out a mid challenge ranking of the challengers in the top five or ten. Please look in your newsletter Monday for the link. You can also post inches lost if you like. That is not required but maybe it will inspire others as to what just three weeks can do for your body.

    Hey Corinne - I can't remember 'where' the newest menu is... but I made the pumpkin soup and ewwww. I don't think I like pumpkin... unless it's in a pie crust.

    Would Butternut squash be a good swap?

    PS I had the turkey sandwhich today and added on some wholly guacamole. OH SWEET LORDIE that was SOOOO good. I skipped the asparagus with EVOO. And had a whole red pepper (dipped in that AWESOME horseradish mustard you speak so highly of!)

    I agree...most things taste better in a pie shell. LOL

    You can use butternut squash for sure.  I bet that would be really good. I think the menu is in Phit Eating Chats under Abs Menu. I've put them all together.
